Lavix – Return & Exchange Policy
At Lavix, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if: The product is damaged or faulty You received the wrong size, color, or item The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
2. Items Not Eligible
We cannot process returns or exchanges if: The item has been worn, washed, or altered The product has stains, perfume smell, or any damage caused after delivery Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Exchange Policy
If your size doesn’t fit or you want a different color: We will replace the item with the correct size/color Exchange depends on stock availability Customer may need to cover the delivery charge for the exchange (if applicable)
4. Return & Refund
Refund will be provided only when: We cannot replace the item The product is out of stock Refund will be processed through mobile banking or the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
